KuatCuci Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

1Introduction and Agreement

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between the eligible user and KuatCuci in relation to the website, account facilities, casino games, sports betting markets, live football products, promotions and related services. References to “you” or “player” mean the individual using KuatCuci. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean KuatCuci.

These terms must be read together with the KuatCuci Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information. Promotion-specific conditions, game rules and market rules also apply where displayed. If a promotion-specific condition conflicts with a general promotional provision, the more specific condition will apply to that promotion.

2Definitions

Account

The personal KuatCuci profile registered to one eligible individual and used to access available services.

Bonus

Promotional funds, free spins, cashback, enhanced odds or another benefit offered subject to separate conditions.

Deposit

Funds transferred to a KuatCuci account through an approved payment option.

Wager

A stake placed on a casino game, sports market, live football event, lottery-style product or other available outcome.

Withdrawal

An approved transfer of withdrawable funds from a KuatCuci account to an eligible payment destination.

3Account Eligibility

You may register with KuatCuci only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter an agreement and are permitted to participate under the laws applicable to you. KuatCuci does not provide legal advice, and access to the website does not mean that gambling is lawful in every location.

• You must register only one KuatCuci account for your personal use.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You must not use KuatCuci while subject to self-exclusion or another gambling restriction.
• You must promptly update information that changes, including your contact or payment details.

KuatCuci may request proof of identity, age, address, payment ownership or source of funds where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or account review. Service access or withdrawals may be limited while requested checks remain incomplete.

4Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your KuatCuci username, password and verification information confidential. Use a strong password that is not shared with another service, sign out after using a shared device and notify KuatCuci promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Activity completed through correctly entered account credentials may be treated as authorised unless KuatCuci has received and acted upon a security report. KuatCuci may temporarily lock an account when unusual logins, repeated password failures, payment inconsistencies or other suspicious behaviour are detected.

5Acceptable Use

KuatCuci must be used only for lawful personal entertainment. You must not attempt to interfere with website operation, exploit technical errors, manipulate game outcomes, coordinate improper betting, use automated tools or obtain an unfair advantage.

Prohibited conduct includes fraud, identity misuse, payment abuse, chargeback manipulation, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse and use of inaccurate documents. You must not knowingly place wagers using information obtained through unlawful access or attempt to conceal your identity or location.

Where credible evidence of prohibited conduct exists, KuatCuci may investigate, withhold affected transactions, void improper wagers, restrict access or close the relevant account. Any action will be considered in light of the available records and applicable obligations.

6Deposits and MYR Payments

KuatCuci may support MYR payment options familiar to Malaysian players, including selected eWallets, online banking and transfer services such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, DuitNow and FPX. Availability, minimum amounts, processing times and limits may differ by account and payment method.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method you own or are authorised to use.
• Deposited funds are intended for genuine play and may be reviewed before withdrawal.
• Payment providers may apply separate checks, limits or service interruptions.
• KuatCuci may request supporting evidence for unusual or inconsistent transactions.

You should confirm the amount and payment details before approving a transfer. KuatCuci is not responsible for delays caused solely by a bank, eWallet provider, telecommunications interruption or incorrect information supplied by the player.

7Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawal requests are subject to available account balance, completed identity checks, payment ownership review, bonus conditions and security screening. Where practical, KuatCuci may return funds through the same method used to deposit. A different approved method may be required where the original channel cannot receive withdrawals.

Processing estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of incomplete documents, banking schedules, public holidays in Malaysia, service-provider maintenance or additional security checks. Players should ensure that names and payment details match their verified KuatCuci information.

KuatCuci may refuse or pause a withdrawal where there is a reasonable concern involving fraud, third-party payment use, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, incomplete wagering of promotional funds or prohibited activity. Undisputed withdrawable balances will be handled according to the applicable account status and review outcome.

8Sports Betting and Game Settlement

Sports wagers are accepted only after confirmation appears in the KuatCuci account. Odds may change before acceptance, particularly during live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and other in-play events. A bet is governed by the odds and market details recorded when it is accepted.

Markets are normally settled using official results published by the relevant governing body or recognised data source. Later disciplinary changes may not affect settlement unless the applicable market rule states otherwise. Abandoned, postponed or interrupted events may be voided or settled according to the displayed sport-specific rules.

Casino and slot outcomes are recorded by the relevant game system. If a display or connection issue occurs, server records will ordinarily determine the valid result. Obvious pricing, odds or settlement errors may be corrected. KuatCuci will not knowingly allow a clearly erroneous outcome to create an unintended advantage or loss.

9Bonuses and Promotions

Every KuatCuci promotion may carry eligibility rules, a minimum deposit, wagering or rollover requirements, qualifying games, contribution percentages, a maximum bet, an expiry period and a maximum cash-out. These conditions must be reviewed before a bonus is claimed.

For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means RM1,000 must be wagered in qualifying play before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Slots may contribute at a different rate from live Baccarat, Roulette or sports betting. A maximum promotional bet may also apply while the bonus remains active.

Unless stated otherwise, KuatCuci promotions are limited to one eligible player, household, device, payment source or shared network. Artificial wagering patterns, coordinated claims and multiple accounts may be treated as bonus abuse. KuatCuci may remove a bonus and related winnings where the specific promotional terms have been breached.

10Responsible Gambling

KuatCuci services are intended solely for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling involves financial risk and must not be treated as employment, an investment or a reliable way to earn income. Set a firm entertainment budget before playing and never use money required for rent, bills, food, education or debt repayment.

11Privacy and Personal Information

You must not submit another person's identity documents, banking records or contact information without lawful authority. KuatCuci may retain relevant account and transaction records after closure where reasonably required for security, dispute management or applicable record-keeping obligations.

12Suspension and Account Closure

You may request closure of your KuatCuci account, subject to completion of pending transactions and any necessary security review. If closure is requested because of gambling-related harm, you should use self-exclusion rather than ordinary closure so the appropriate access restriction can be applied.

KuatCuci may suspend, restrict or close an account for a material breach of these terms, age or identity concerns, security threats, fraudulent conduct, payment misuse, duplicate registration or failure to complete a required review. 13Service Availability and Liability

KuatCuci aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, telecommunications failures, payment outages, device problems, third-party service interruptions or events beyond reasonable control may affect access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KuatCuci is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable services, personal betting decisions, failure to protect account credentials or use contrary to these terms. Nothing in this section excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Players remain responsible for checking wager details, keeping suitable transaction records and using a compatible, secure device. Gambling losses resulting from validly accepted wagers remain the player's responsibility.

14Changes to These Terms

KuatCuci may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect service changes, improved security procedures, new payment features, revised game rules or applicable operational requirements. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect.

Material updates may be communicated through an appropriate KuatCuci notice. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree with an update, stop using KuatCuci and request account closure after resolving any open balance or transaction.

15Complaints and Disputes

If you believe an account transaction, market settlement or promotional decision is incorrect, contact KuatCuci as soon as reasonably possible. Include your account identifier, the relevant date, transaction or wager reference, disputed amount in MYR and a clear description of the issue.

KuatCuci will review available account records, payment information and game or betting logs. Players must cooperate with reasonable requests for supporting information. These terms are interpreted within the applicable contractual and legal framework, without limiting any mandatory rights that may apply to the user.
